Frequently asked questions
How much does emergency opening of a door or car cost?
Emergency car opening is from €40, and opening cylinder locks is from €25 to €120 depending on the lock class. A visit to your address is €20 during working hours and €30 outside them. The full price list is public.
Do you work at the address, or do I have to come to the atelier?
Both. Our atelier is in the Malinova Dolina residential area, bl. 25, and we come to your address anywhere in Sofia. For car keys we work where the car is, so no tow truck is needed.
Will you damage the door or the car when opening?
Our goal is opening without damage to the door, the fittings, the paint and the seals. We use specialist tools, not brute force.
What is the difference between a second key and making a key when all keys are lost?
With a second key the car has a working key it already knows, and the job is shorter. With all keys lost there is nothing to start from, and the data is read directly from the car system, which takes longer.
What are your working hours and address?
