About the service
With rolling code, the remote and the receiver change the code at every press, so a signal captured once cannot be reused. For the same reason simple copying does not work: the new remote has to be learned by the automation receiver.
That is why we come to your address and connect the new remote directly to the control unit, saving it in its memory without touching the existing ones. With BERG this is a short visit without removing the automation. With a gate whose remote is lost, while the maintenance company or the building manager delay for weeks, we solve the matter on the spot.
