About the service
When a remote reacts only from close range, the cause is most often a flat battery or worn buttons. If changing the battery does not help, we check whether the problem is in the receiver, in the remote itself or in the case, instead of ordering a new one.
Every receiver has limited memory for remotes. When it is full and a new remote is not accepted, you do not need to replace the whole automation: we add an external receiver with more memory. That also avoids piling up cables and boxes above the motor.
